Morzine

Morzine is a working Haute-Savoie town of slate roofs and river bridges, linked by lift into one of the largest ski circuits in Europe.

From Morzine the Super Morzine and Pléney lifts open the whole Portes du Soleil circuit — twelve linked resorts across the French and Swiss border, from Avoriaz and Les Gets to Champéry. Tree-lined pistes make it a dependable choice in poor visibility, and the town itself stays lively all season.
