Unsere Geschichte

Winter-Skichalets began with a simple frustration: beautiful Alpine houses were being sold like hotel rooms, by people who had never stayed in them. We thought a ski holiday deserved the attention of someone who knew both the house and the mountain.

We started with a handful of chalets in one valley. The portfolio has grown carefully since — seven resorts across three countries — but the working method has not changed. We visit, we stay, we assess, and only then do we represent.

Unsere Marken

Winter-Skichalets Chalets represents privately owned houses across the Alps. Winter-Skichalets Residences covers our serviced apartment and residence portfolio, where flexibility matters more than staffing. Winter-Skichalets Summer opens a smaller selection of properties from June to September.

All three share the same team, the same standards and the same single point of contact.

Warum Winter-Skichalets

Because the difference between a good ski week and a great one is rarely the thread count. It is whether the transfer waited, whether the instructor suited your children, whether the chef understood the allergy, and whether somebody answered the phone at seven on a Sunday morning.

That is the part of the job we care most about.

Arbeiten Sie mit uns

We hire resort managers, chalet hosts, chefs, drivers and trip planners each season, along with a small year-round team. We look for people who are genuinely interested in hospitality rather than in a season pass.

Applications open in spring for the following winter.

If you own an exceptional Alpine home, we would like to see it. Owners who work with us receive a full marketing programme, professional photography, managed staffing, transparent reporting and a curated guest list rather than a mass-market one.

We represent a deliberately small number of properties per resort so that each one receives real attention.
