Catered

A fully staffed house where the day arranges itself around you rather than the other way round.

Our catered chalets come with a resident team — typically a chef, a host and a housekeeper, and in the larger houses a driver as well. Breakfast is cooked to order, afternoon tea appears as you unclip your boots, and dinner is a considered four courses matched to wines chosen for the house.

Menus are written after a conversation, not before. Allergies, children's tastes, a birthday, a quiet night in front of the fire — all of it is planned in advance and adjusted without discussion during the week.

One evening each week the team takes a night off. We book your table somewhere worth walking to and arrange the car.
